Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped. Every session is a live video call, delivered online at the time you book.
What you receive
A 1:1 session is a live video call on Google Meet, for the length shown when you booked. There is no physical product, so there are no shipping charges, no courier and no delivery address. Sessions are available to clients anywhere in the world.
When it is delivered
The session takes place at the date and time you choose while booking. Times are shown in your own timezone and in Indian Standard Time, so there is no conversion to get wrong.
What arrives by email, and when

A booking is confirmed only once Razorpay confirms the payment. If you paid and no confirmation has arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder first.
If something does not arrive
Write to hello@ankitgajera.com or use the contact form with your booking reference. If a session cannot take place because of a problem on my side, you get a free reschedule or a full refund, as set out in the refund policy.
